Signature One-on-One Experience The Luminous Alignment Session is the foundation of my work and the entry point for all one-on-one sessions. It is a fully personalized experience, shaped around where you are and what your system is asking for in the moment. Rather than following a set structure, each session unfolds intuitively. We listen to the body, the breath, and the subtle cues that guide what support will be most grounding and beneficial. Depending on your needs, this may include sound, guided inner work, somatic awareness, breath, or subconscious exploration. This is where we create the conditions for your system to settle, recalibrate, and come back into its natural rhythm.
