1. Scope of Services & No Medical or Mental Health Care

Luminous Mind and Body LLC provides holistic and complementary wellness services, which may include hypnotherapy, sound healing, energy work, guided relaxation, workshops, educational content, and related offerings.

The Company is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare provider.
Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or mental health condition.

You understand and agree that:

  • Services are educational and wellness-based only

  • No guarantees or outcomes are promised

  • Participation does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship

If you have medical or mental health concerns, you must consult a licensed professional.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in services, events, workshops, sessions, recordings, and website content, including but not limited to physical, emotional, psychological, or energetic responses.

You agree that participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion and risk.

3. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By using the Website or participating in services, you affirm that:

5. Appointments, Cancellations & No Refunds

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full

  • Group events, sound baths, workshops, and digital offerings are non-refundable

  • No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, or missed participation

The Company reserves the right to refuse service.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is required prior to services unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • All payments are processed through third-party platforms

  • The Company is not responsible for payment processor errors

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website and within services — including text, audio, video, meditations, recordings, branding, logos, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Luminous Mind and Body LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or share content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
