A Bit About Me

I wasn't always doing this work. Long before hypnotherapy, sound meditation, or nervous system regulation became part of my life, I was just a little girl who was completely captivated by the world. I loved dancing, singing, making art, playing in the mud, watching insects, and feeling music in every cell of my body. I was endlessly curious. Wonder came naturally to me. I was also incredibly sensitive.

Home didn't feel safe, and somewhere along the way I learned to hide the parts of myself that felt the most alive. My curiosity. My creativity. My voice. My sensitivity. I became really good at surviving.

For years, survival looked like responsibility. Working multiple jobs. Taking care of everyone else. Pushing through no matter how exhausted I felt. From the outside, it looked like I had it together.

Inside, I felt completely disconnected from myself. There was a season of my life when I would sit in my garage after work because I couldn't imagine walking back into my life feeling the way I did. I wasn't ready to die. I just didn't know how to keep living like that.

Then one day, I experienced a sound meditation. For the first time in nearly thirty years, my body remembered something my mind had forgotten. It remembered what it felt like to come alive. That moment didn't erase my past or solve my problems overnight. It gave me something I hadn't felt in a very long time.

Hope.

It also left me with questions I couldn't stop asking. Why do we lose ourselves? What shapes the unconscious patterns that quietly run our lives? What happens when the mind, the body, and the spirit begin working together instead of pulling us in different directions? Those questions changed the direction of my life.

Today, I blend hypnotherapy, sound meditation, energy work, and nervous system-informed practices to help people understand the unconscious patterns that have shaped their lives and create a different relationship with themselves.

Because that's what changed everything for me. Not becoming someone new. Learning how to listen differently. To my mind. To my body. To my spirit. To be in relationship with them.

I believe we're far more than the roles we've carried, the stories we've lived, or the patterns we've inherited. I believe there's an incredible wisdom within each of us that's easy to lose touch with and always possible to reconnect with.

That belief is supported by both lived experience and professional training. I'm a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), a Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner through the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA), and a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Practitioner. My work continues to evolve through ongoing study of somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and a walk through the Medicine Wheel.

Outside of my work, you'll usually find me somewhere in nature, listening to music, reading, laughing until I cry, spending time with animals, or watching a sunrise. Those moments aren't separate from my work. They remind me what it feels like to be fully alive.

If there's one thing I hope people experience after spending time with me, it's this:

A little more curiosity.

A little more wonder.

A little more freedom to be exactly who they are.

Because underneath all the noise...

You've been there all along.
