A Bit About Me
For over twenty years, I worked in healthcare, caring for others in moments that required steadiness, presence, and compassion. That time shaped me deeply , it taught me how to listen, how to hold space, and how to stay grounded in the midst of intensity. I witnessed resilience up close, and I learned how much the human body and spirit can carry. Over time, though, I began to feel a quiet pull toward a different kind of care , one that honored not only the physical body, but the inner world as well. What started as a professional path slowly became something more personal. A call to understand healing beyond symptoms. Beyond roles. Beyond what could be seen on the surface. That call led me inward.

My journey into this work began through deep darkness and survival. For most of my life, I lived in survival mode, moving through life in a state of constant vigilance. I learned how to be strong early on- how to stay small, how to hold it together, how to keep going even when everything inside me was exhausted. There were long stretches of time where I wasn’t really living, just surviving. Getting through the day. Doing what I had to do. And for a long time, that strength kept me alive. But eventually, it stopped being enough. Something deeper in me wanted more than survival. There was a quiet, persistent longing to feel again. To rest. To soften. To experience life from a place that wasn’t braced for impact. That longing became the beginning of my healing.

Slowly, through years of inner work, study, and deep listening, I began to understand something that changed everything for me: healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about remembering what's been inside all along. It's about bringing all the parts of the self into harmony with one another. It’s about learning to feel safe in your own body again. To listen instead of override. To allow softness without losing strength.

The very tools that helped me find my way back to myself are the ones I now use to support others. I am a certified hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), and a trained sound practitioner. My work is deeply informed by somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and intuitive guidance. But more than any modality, what shapes my work is lived experience and a deep respect for the pace at which true healing unfolds.

I create spaces where the nervous system can settle, where the body can speak, and where quieter truths have room to rise. Through sound, gentle subconscious work, and embodied presence, I help people reconnect with their own inner rhythm - the one that so often gets buried beneath responsibility, expectation, and constant doing. I don’t believe in forcing transformation.
I believe in allowing it. I believe in the intelligence of the body, in the wisdom carried in breath and sensation. In a kind of strength that doesn’t need to prove itself. I believe we can be powerful and gentle at the same time. That we can hold depth without heaviness. That we can live fully without abandoning ourselves.

This work is deeply personal to me. It’s shaped by my own journey through darkness, through unraveling, through learning how to return to myself with patience and care. And it’s why I hold this space the way I do. Quietly. Intentionally. With deep respect for the pace of your becoming.

I’m a Manifesting Generator by nature - always evolving, always listening, always refining. My work grows as I grow.

Right now, my path is deeply informed by:
Ongoing study of somatics and embodied awareness
A deepening relationship with yoga and movement
A two-year journey through the Andean medicine wheel
A lifelong devotion to understanding the nervous system, my intuition, and healing through presence

Outside of my work, I’m nourished by nature, animals, music, books, dance, good food, and quiet moments that bring me back into my body. These aren’t separate from my work , they’re part of how I live it.

I don’t have a one size fits all formula for healing. I don’t offer quick fixes or promises of rapid transformation. What I offer is space. Presence. Care. And a steady invitation to come back to yourself.

If you’re here, I trust there’s a reason. Not because something is wrong, but because something in you is ready to be met. And when you’re ready, I’ll be here
