Sound + Breath

Feel More. Listen Deeper.

Sound Meditation

Sometimes you need to get quiet enough to hear yourself again.

When your mind is constantly running, your body is holding tension, and you’re so used to pushing through that you barely notice how you feel anymore, slowing down can be harder than it sounds. Sound gives you another way in.

Instead of trying to clear your mind or force yourself to relax, you simply listen. The tones and vibrations give your attention somewhere to land, creating space for the mental noise to soften and the body to settle.

Sound meditation can support deep relaxation, reduce perceived stress and tension, encourage present-moment awareness, and create space to notice emotions and sensations you may have been too busy or overwhelmed to hear. For someone who spends a lot of time in their head, it can be a powerful practice for reconnecting with the body and simply feeling instead of figuring everything out.

Private experiences offer a place to unplug, soften your grip, and practice being with yourself without needing to fix, analyze, or accomplish anything.

And that practice doesn't have to end when the sound does.

The more familiar you become with slowing down and listening within, the easier it can become to recognize what you need, notice when an old pattern is taking over, and respond with more intention in everyday life. Offered virtually or in person. For local private sessions, I bring the experience to you, so you can settle in and receive from the comfort of your own space.

Come get quiet. See what you hear.

Breathwork

Sometimes the way through isn’t more thinking. It’s getting into your body and experiencing something different.

You can understand your patterns, know where they came from, and still find yourself reacting the same way. You can tell yourself to let something go and still feel your body holding on. You can spend years trying to make sense of your emotions without ever really letting yourself feel them.

Liquid Breathwork offers another way in.

Using a fluid combination of conscious connected breathing, more activating breath patterns, intentional pauses and breath holds, we use the breath to shift your usual state of awareness and bring your attention deeply into the body.

The experience can be physical, emotional, meditative, energizing, deeply quiet, or completely unexpected. You may notice sensations you usually overlook, emotions that have been difficult to access, imagery, insight, or simply the experience of being fully present with yourself. And that’s where the deeper work begins.

Rather than automatically resisting what you feel, you get to become curious about it. To stay with yourself through sensation and emotion. To notice what your body is communicating. And to experience yourself outside some of the familiar thoughts and patterns that normally run the show.

Each session is personalized and may weave together breath, guided imagery, subconscious exploration, sound, and integration based on your intention and what unfolds.

You don’t have to think your way through everything. Sometimes you need to breathe, feel, and discover what’s underneath.
